Margaret is a great Ambassador for the Chamber and has led a large number of export-related training sessions on our behalf, presenting to an exceptionally high standard and taking great pride in the quality of the courses she delivers on each occasion.  Margaret is always willing to tailor each course to the specific needs of the delegates attending, further increasing the effectiveness and benefit of the sessions for our Members.  Her excellent communication skills and approachable nature mean that she always receives very positive feedback from delegates, and she has always demonstrated an organised approach to work.  We receive many compliments from her course attendees.
